Tucked down a private country lane near Ashford, The Kent Cottage is a quietly luxurious five-bedroom home built for gathering. Vineyards to the south, beaches to the east, ancient woodland walks at the gate — and inside, the kind of stillness only the country can give you. A place where grandparents, parents and children can all find their own rhythm.

An expansive open kitchen, living and dining room sits at the heart of the house — bifold doors opening to a wide lawn, a long oak table for ten, deep linen sofas and the slow rhythm of a proper country home. Designed so guests can move naturally between the kitchen, patio, garden and hot tub.

A built-in fire pit, lounge seating and an outdoor dining set with a gas BBQ — wrapped by a white terrace under wide Kentish skies.
Five king bedrooms
Sleeps ten across five individually decorated king-bedded rooms, with two en-suites — easy on multi-generational groups who want their own space.
Shaker kitchen for ten
A large island kitchen with range cooker, American fridge/freezer and Nespresso — built for cooking together. Bifold doors run straight onto the terrace.
Garden for the children
Nearly an acre of lawn, a play area with swings, slide and climbing frame, a Wendy house and table tennis under the trees. Two well-behaved dogs welcome too.
